Micromax q 50
Software problem

I have purchased micromax q 50 on 24 Aug. 2011 from Geeta Musico, Aligarh. It is not working properly.

1.When I call a number, whom to which i want to make contact which is saved in my phone, then call is going to another person/not going to the particular person.

2. I am using docomo sim, when i send a message through this, then set is getting hang.

I am going to service centre time to time for solve out this problem but they don't get any solution for this problem.

Dates of going to service centre-

1 12 Nov. 2.18 Nov. 2011 3. 7 Dec. 2011 4. 12 Dec. 2011

Due to these problems i am suffering a lot. Shoot out this problems immediately. Otherwise I will go to consumer court.
