I have purchased a micromax mobile Q 50 on 24 August from Geeta Musico, Aligarh. It is not working properly,

1. when i call on my saved phone no. of any person, to whom i want to make contact, then call is going to any other person & he received my phone.

2.I am using a Docomo sim, when i send a message then set is getting hang.

I am going to service center time to time for solve out this problem, but they don't get any soloution for this problem.

Dates of going for service center- 1.12 Nov. 2.18 Nov. 3.7 Dec. 4.12 Dec. 2011

Due to this problem i am suffering a lot. Shoot out my problem immediately. otherwise, I will going to consumer court???
