I Ramesh Naidu has bought a hand set of macro max Q7 on 27/07, and henceforth using the handset, got a problem with the hands free.

I visited your Nagpur service center Unique mobile and was attended by your executive

After checking the instrument I came to know that the instrument was ok, but the problem was with the hands free. As I am working person I am need of hands free very much, through your executive i came know that the hans free is not available with them and they will be providing the same after 25 days, kindly give me the explanation, why the same is been delayed
