Dear Sir,

I had bought a Bleu GSM Mobile Handset Model No.651z from Homeshop18 on 28-Jul-08, my handsfree kit was defected in Feb-09 then I complaint to Homeshop18 for replacement the same. But till date I did't received the replacement of handsfree kit. Please note the my conversation with Homeshop18 below:-

Your input - 02-10 - My handsfree kit is not working, its hadphone fire has been defected. Please change the my handsfree kit. Regards Arun Mishra 9911304024
