SERVICE PROBLEME

My name is navin raghuwanshi i recently bought mobile of your company the model no. is w 900. i have no idea what went wrong but it was't being switch on so i showed it to the authorised service center of ur company in my city bhopal. they told me there is some serious problem in the handset that can't be fixed so they will give me a new handset in one week i submited my mobile already but it's about a month now and they did't gave me any handset of any reliable answer for the delay they say w 900 is't in stock so they are unable to give me a new handset it can take even a year. the imei no. of my mobile is 910046300000769 and DOA Tracking no. is 222. plz help me or i won't have any other choice but to go in consumer forum against ur company and manegment.
