Not changed the Profile Headset mod to Othe

Hi,

Before one month I have purchased a Micromax X360 dual sim mobile.

But after one month there is a big problem in the earphone mode in the phone, now I could not able to talk with out ear phone and the phone is always in headset mode (user profile is not also changed in this mode).

I have contacted for this issue to the micromax service station (Shiv Electronics) Old Faridabad, and they are also not able to repire it.

Could you kindly know me that, is this problem is repairable or not and where is the authorized service center in South Delhi.

If not then how can I claim for this as it is in the warranty period.
