my name is sandesh . i purchased micromax x414 in 12-08 and 2-08 my mobile has been problem with display and given the mobile to veenus computers mangalore service center on 2-08 job no-474423 they said 2 week u get the mobile and till now 14-09 i couldn't get my mobile.when i called then they said to me "it is in bangalore it will take 2 more days " .today i called them and they said to me mobile has come same conditionbangalore s.c return back to our s.c,

plz help me sir how can i get the mobile in good condition
