No repairing of tv since long time

I own a Philips 29 inches television which was not working. I registered the complaint in the local Philips office after that their mechanic came and repaired my TV but again it stopped after the mechanic went away. again i launched the complaint after that the local Philips officer took away my TV on 3/8. but i didn't got my TV till date. i have sent about 20 repeated complaints on their toll free number but their isn't any proper reply from the person there. And on top of it the people in the local Philips are not not talking properly.
