My JOB Card No.1128023 for Mobile X600 I am submited for
repair on dt.16/06 I am only calling to your customer care center &
they are not tell proper for my mobile they are told me your phone repair in
8 days 10 days 20 days what can I do about this matter I want my phone
immediatly with reparing or please give me a New Mobile phone in behalf of
this Mobile Phone.

Your complaint number is: MMX1908112812 dear sir I want my Phone not your complaint No. & Today I will talking with your Service Center for my Mobile they told your Hand Set will give to you in 15 Days. this is not correct.
This is my Last email to you. Next I will take necessary action against your company in Consumer Court.
