Dear sir, I had bought a microtek ups in sep 09. From the first day itself I'm experiencing problems. Now it is not providing any backup. as soon as the power goes it beeps continuously and within no time the pc is switched off. I charged it for 12-15 hrs removing evry plug connected to it... I have already complain three times at Kanpur Microtek Service Center and call no. is 902, 1271 & 454 but problems are same. I am requesting you please change my UPS as soon as possible.
