My microwave oven model MC808WAR, Serial No 804DRUfro1854 is under AMC cover for period ending 22/10 (Your HLP No: JJ.15556 dated 22/10) A problem had occured in the microwave and complaint was registered with you vide No: RNA110627059517 dated 27/6.In response, your technician visited my house and after checking up the microwave stated that he would report back along with a part needing replacement in a day's time. No body turned up after this and a reminder was given on your customer care

No sometime in the first week of July again without any body bothering to attend the complaint.

Kindly ensure that my microwave is set right within 48 hours failing which I shall be constrained to lodge a complaint with consumer court. In such an eventuality, I shall be buying a new microwave and you shall be liable for the cost of this replacement and also the inconvenience charges.
