Frod product/not providing service warranty

Dear sir

I had purchased 1 pressure cooker from Milan Steel Centre, Plot No. 106, Shop No. 5, Jana ta Market, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai -400705, in October. since 5 months it is not working. I had already submitted 3 times in their shop but I have not got any satisfiable reply from them. At the time of purchase they also agreed to provide better service but now they refuse to me for maintenance or replacement service. I hereby request you to kindly take action against them and solve my problem.
