Malfunctioning of Camera

I purchased Q3 mobile in July'11. The camera is not functioning, given for repair on 20.05.11 (within warranty period) to Sairam electronics (local authorised service centre) who sent the mobile to their main service centre in Mumbai. But even after one and half month, I have not received it back, nor I am given any positive reply as when I am going to get it back.
