Defective piece

I had purchased MXboom box dvd player-silver color model on 14th august from vijay sales kandivli west The company name Mitashi pvt ltd Within 20 days of purchase it stopped working I called up the service centre at Ghatkopar The technician came &said that the head /motor is not working &had to be replaced. I was shocked to hear that but he replaced the motor &it was working till then. After few months the system again stopped working, so i launched a complaint on phone to Mitashi service center My complaint no. was 10773 I explained them&told them to give me a replacement of the piece Initially they said 'no'butlater on they agreed to send the technician &said they would replace only if the technician reply.

again the same problem was noticed about the motor not working&finally they agreed to replace From 2 months i m regularly calling them but yet they have not send me a replacement yet They keep me hold on answering machine &the incharge over there Ms. Archana just keep me giving promises that the stock is not available in the warehouse/gives promises that it will come today at any time Like fool i keep on waiting the whole day at home&no one comes Respected sir pls consider my complaint &pls help me to get a fresh piece as early as possible-Alpa Dedhia Contact no.9221532700
