I (james Abraham) had ordered Mitashi Strom DVD Player with USB port-black Ref 35997 with Cash on delivery Rs.1599/-. Received the CD player on 23/05. Complaint has been made to Customer Care 080-41650489 and assurance has been given by the call receiver that the said order will be replaced and the Company Courier agent will come to take but no one came till today i.e 24/05. This is to inform you that I had filed complaint through email also.

I request you to do the replacement for the same.
