Mitashi Wireless Headphone
Defective Wireless Headphone not working

This has reference to above, I have given the above referred product to Mitashi Service Centre for replacement / repair as the same was not working since it was received on online purchase.

I have been given assurance that within fortnight time the same will be repaired / replaced but sorry to mention that the same is still not done by Mitash Service Centre for one or other excuse despite several telephonic and personal contacts to the Mitashi Local Service Centre.

First it was given to the Rajkot Service Centre, as per contact provided by your Ahmedabad Service Centre, where they have kept it for quite long time and delivered through collecting courier informing that the same is repaired and is working. On receipt of the same it was found that it still did not work, I have contacted Rajkot and Ahmedabad Centre incharge telephonically and they have informed that now I can contact Jamnagar Service Centre [prior to that Jamnagar Service Centre was not there] and all the issue will be resolved by them. However till date the issue remains as it is and time is passing on. More than Six month passed since it was given to Mitashi's Jamnagar Service Centre and Two Service Centre incharge are changed in this span.
