Cell not activated

Dear All,

I had buy two mobile on 19/06 (9331633253 & 9331633254) & it was activated on 21 June and i submitted my voter ID card copy for both.

Both cells calls were blocked on 28/06 june and on 02/07 9331633253 was re--activated but 9331633254 it still bolcked. As per customer service there was some problems with docs as the photocopy was not clear and self have re-sumitted the same on 02/07 but still it is not activated after a week. Would appreciater your immediate action on the same.
