Regarding Defected Mobile Set

Dear Sir/Madam,

3 months before I have taken a mobile phone, model no. G75 (G five) Rs.1499 400 (Courier charge) but that set was not proper, there was a network problem in that set. Now, I have called in company, then they told me to send that New set by courier but sir still did not return that set. I am puzzling by this problem. Please anybody solve my problem.
