My spice M5252 having no GPRS Facility

When I connect my SPICE-M-5252 to my laptop its showing Charger connected in the handset and at the same time its not detecting the Modem or the SD Card on the Laptop. Plz. help...
But company's broucher say for such facilities.
it means we have been chited by the company.
