Missing 01 watch set & 1 pen set

Dear Officer

After complaining for delivery of faulty instrument (141217), the instrument is now given back to me.

The missing pen set and watch set is still pending at yr end (Incomplete Delivery Complaint Number 36926.)

Inspite of repeated reminders, the complaint is not being heard and addressed. Request you to please

act now else i would go legal way.

I am in posession of letter issued by you company stating the enclosures, but unfortunately

the pen set and watch set is missing0.
