I had bought a mobile for Rs 10000 on September 2nd 2009.The company offered 5%cash back offer. I had filled the coupon and bill and had sent it to the company. I didnt recieve the cheque yet. They had told that cheque will be sent via post within 6 weeks but didnt recieve it for the past 6 months. This is really embarrassing and shameful to such an esteemed company..
