Nokia pouch promise break

I purchased a Nokia E72 phone from mobile store at kalyani nagar pune on 24th October & the person who attended to me (Mr Ajay) promised me to give me a nokia pouch, Since he did not have stock at that time he had promised me that he will give me the same on the next day (25th Oct). I am still to receive the same as on 10th Nov I have gone to the store at least 5 - 6 times & he gives me some reason or the other. Today I had called him 3 times & he did not even have the COURTESY to pick up my call or call me back. This was rather frustrating and humiliating to even think that this kind of behavior even EXISTS!!!
