Defective Nokia C6

Hi,

I have purchased Nokia C6 from Mobile Store. After 1 week of purchase the phone started to hang while talking. Phone locking is also problem. Sometimes it gets locked and sometimes not. Now, the battery

gets discharged in half day only. I hardly talk for about 15-20 mins in a day. The phone also becomes hot and it is difficult to hold sometimes.

When I went to the Mobile store and asked for the explanation the person did not have any reason for it. He said Nokia phones need to be charged daily.
