I purchased a Samsung mobile from Mobile Stores outlet in Kakinada, East Godavari A.P in September. When there an offer (Up to 55% Cash back offer) running at that time.

I got 5% cash back from the coupon.

I mailed to prescribed address with all supporting documents in October.

Upon following them several time, I received a call from Bangalore (66279300) on 5th March and informed that my cheque is going to dispatch on 6th of March.

Till now I haven't received any cheque. Please don't trust Mobile Stores they are the misleading the customers.
