Cashback on the IRCTC tickets not given

Hi,

I had made several trasactions with Visa Gold card in the months of May, June and after that also.

I used IRCTC website and booked the tickets from my account. For the same i didnt get any cash back.

I kept on requesting several times to the bank and every time i get assurance that it will be done in next statement but of no use and i didnt get any cashback till now.

One day, i was asked to give proof that you had used online transactions only. I had taken the screenshot of one of the booked ticket with HDFC payment gateway and given them the proof.

Then it was confirmed to them that it was genuine. They promised to give cashback.

Today i have got my statement for the month of Dec.

I am suprised to see only one cashback of Rs.39 is given..Whereas i have done some 4-5 transactions using HDFC credit card in 3.-4 months.

Since then i have been trying to get this cashback but it is of no use.

Still dont know what to do to get this cashback.
