User manual not given and promised gift not issued so fa

I have purchased A310-E Explorer - HTC - smart in ECR, chennai branch on 01.05.2012 at Sangeetha mobiles. Because of urgency, I took the phone immediately after purchase thinking that everything is inside. I was given visiting card without phone no. After reaching home I found the user manual was not available. Also the sales personnel told the offer gift will come same day evening and they will inform me.

So far I had given enough e mails there was no action taken from the customer care.
