Radio not fuction

I have purchased Nokia--C1--01 for the price of Rs.2266 at Univercell on 20.11.2011 under the Bill No. 3636261, TIN No.33670781737 and CST No.875295/28.09.05. Within 45 days The Radio in mobile not fuctioning. Then I went to NOKIA CARE at57 1st Floor Ponniamman Koil Street, Arcot Road Saligramam Chennai.60093. They attended and said it will not rectify and arrange to replace it. This is purely manufaturing mistake. But they asked me to pay Rs.150 for 2 years warrenty. But I dont want for 2 years warrenty. They insist me for 2 years warrenty and charged me Rs.150.

Kindly go into the matter and justify.
