I Have purchased Morphy Richards Mixer cum Juicer Cum Grinder on 13.04.2011 from Star CJ Alive. As per Guarantee Card I have Guarantee for 05 Years of Motor & 02 Years Mixture. But now my mixture is not working properly & I have contacted to Star CJ for many a time but they are not giving proper services. As per them they are not bound to giving such type of services.
Kindly do the needful urgently.
