Not repaireing of this Hand set after 1 month

I have sumbit W180 Motorola Mobile on27 Feb. till time He is not reparing and and after 1 month I have submit Battery and Chargers in Malviay nagar Hot Spots but till time not refund of the money. The time is over one month.
