Defective mobile phone: no exchange

i'm abhishek from jalandhar.last year on 1, June, I bought motorokr e8 (IMEI NO.- 359612010349321) from your store in Jalandhar (Address:- 189 Model town, Channi Complex, Shop No.-3, Jalandhar, Punjab). i also took care pack (CARE PACK NO.- 054127) along. In september the phone had problem with signals so igave it in the store and after 2 weeks they returned me the phone exactly in the same position. i again gave it back then after 3 weeks when i arrived the store to collect that there was a new problem boot loader. again i gave it back, this time they returned it to me after about 1 month and this time the thumb touch of the phone was not working. I again deposited it. and after 2 weeks i got it back. after using 2 days the phone is again facing problem with boot loader. Now this is my 8th time i'm gave it back for repair. Now the company is refusing to replace it.
