Defective battery didn't replaced (complaint registered)

I registered a complaint with Motorola Service center, Calicut with the reference number zc/mo/11/00038 on 9th nov. Its being about two months that i have registered the complaint and waiting for the replacement to receive. Once i got a battery for replacement which one was not compatible with my phone MOTOROLA FIREXT311.Then they told me that the battery will be available only when the stock is available. What should i do with his phone? PLEASE HELP ME
