I purchased MOTOROLA MOTO Q mobile from Bansal electronics, SCO-15, SECTOR 11 Panchkula (0172-6531340-41) on 10th June with IMEI NO.1B79BCBB.In May 10 my mobile stopped working and when I took my mobile to Redington India ltd, sector 20-D Chandigarh, they said my mobile is out of warranty as my mobile has come for repair twice in March. How can a mobile purchased in June can go for repair in March. It means the dealer has cheated me and sold me used handset. Please help. My numer is 09216331640.
