Invalid IME NO

I have purchased Motorola-Z6 model vide sl. No.355556010280859 from M/s Univercell Telecommuications India Pvt Ltd., Chennai vide invoice No.845011 dated 17.1.2009 at a total cost of Rs.5200/- nett. Now, the cell phone is under dead due to invalid IME Number. However, the IME number has been printed in the mobile box. In this connection, we have approached the authorised service provider M/s Redington India Ltd, chennai. They have not solved the problem. Let me know towhom I have to contact for solve the problem pl.
