Non standard deduction of electric supply

Dear sir, good evening

i m sending u a problem which we the people of guna facing daily.here every day standard deduction of electricity is 5hrs, but from last 11/2 months we r in very much problem that non standard deduction (aghoshit katotee) is more than the standard deduction.we think daily atleast from today it may be improve but as a result we got ultimate pain again.we hope from u only bcoz no mpeb employee gives satisfactory answer.
