High Bills

We are residing at sector 28 Plot no 107 Navi mumbai we are getting huge amount of bills from last 8-9 Months we have also given written complain to Msed for high amount of bills. After complain the Msed person comes & ask us the bills copy whther paid or unpaid .i asked him whether u have came to check the bills or came to check why electricity bill is coming high he said you have to pay over due amt For which i havent paid cause of probelm with Meter earlier our bills used to come 1800 than it gone up to 3500 / 4500 /5000 /5500 we cant understand why it goes so high
