Battery frequently failure one by one on the warranty periode

Dear sir,

We have purchased the new exide make battery 60 nos (12 V DC, 26 Ah.) Through (Mr. RIYAZ -- General manager- AUTOMARK Pvt Ltd, E-Mail:-aautomark@yahoo.co.in&aautomark@vsnl.net)

.The PO No.4248910157 & dated Aug.

The above battery are used to 2 no of 10 KVA UPS in our power plant critical application.

Last month the UPS got tripped due to the mains incoming power supply failure. The UPS is not taking the load from the battery bank (battery low indication). The UPS service Engineer came and checked the battery bank, found 6 no of battery got problem (service report attached). They suggesting the battery should be replaced with new one. All the batteries under warranty periode.we have contact the Exide custamer care dep, (tol free no ;18001035454 & 32711111) although there is no responds from other end. They also sugggested to me complaint if any should be registererd through authorised dealer.

Kindly send your service personnel and take nessasary action / replacement immediatly.

3). Failure date - 30/04/10

4).complaint Date - 30/04/10

5). Athorised dealer - M/s. AUTOMARK Pvt. Ltd. Chennai. TN.India.

7). Warranty carde no. - 062128..etc..

8). Battery Sl. No.-4UA 962006..etc..
