Usage of mobile phone

The recent accident happened in ANNA FLY OVER made me very sad. The reason for the accident that i came to know was the bus driver used his mobile phone while driving. I have a small suggestion about this type of problems. The suggestion is, i think there is a rule to sign in the register before they taking charge in their duties so that time the register holders or inspector should collect the mobile phone of both bus driver and bus conductor before they sign in the daily register, unless they submit the mobile phones they should not allow to sign the register. And another one suggestion is that every MTC bus should contain a WALKY TALKY for emergency purposes like breakdown, puncher etc., this will reduce the bus accidents.
