Fwd: complaint for not proper functioning of AC 2.0 TR WAC CLASS QTM RAV022EQD

Sir, I have made several complaints to M/S Hitachi to attend the complaints but in vain. Accordingly the complaint was registered with you on dated 21st June. The problem with the AC which was purchased on 17th April still exists. We are facing so much problem in such a scorching heat, we have made complaints to the Hitachi site as well but still the people and the staff are not seems to be interested in attending the complaints.
