I have already lodged my complaint to appellate officer, regarding what went wrong. I was charged Rs.15/- towards " get your e mail in your mobile charges Rs/15/-. However, after that no information from the service provider (M T S) on what is to be done next to get the mail.

After contacting the customer service (at least 6 executives, 3 senior executives) over the phone and talked for minimum 3 hours over phone. No result. Will you be charging from customers like this, may be 1000 customers (that makes 15000 rupees) and is this the way you earn money instead of providing services!!! You can beg for money. On the top of it you gave me a number stating that this is my complaint number and you yourself telling that you resolved the complaint.

I need a solution within 48 hours. If I am not addressed, I have no other option, but to approach consumer court.

Please note that, I do have copies of S M S I received, I sent, and the names of customer care executives. Thanks and regards
