Murphy richards
Defective product

I brought a Murphy Richards mixes & grinder from Star cj (Online)

on 17th Nov. order no : 20101117007878.

From the very first day i am facing manufacturing problem in it &

I am unable to use it even a single time.

After making continuously complaint (complaint no 39089) on

Date 11th March their person / representative came to solve

but unfortunately he was unable to make it proper and go back with

commitment..., (coming by next day morning).

Today is Dt : 22/4. there is no one to make it clear / exchange.

so pl request you to look into the matter.
