Complaint against: MyMobileCare

Location: District Centre, Janak Puri, Delhi.

Sir, I gave my handset (HTC Wildfire) to mymobilecare company for repairing.

The repairing work was just to replace the light panel of keypad. It hardly takes a week or two.

But its now a complete month and I have not received any progress from their side. For the past one week I am calling them continuosly. Firstly, they dont pick up their phone. And even if they pick it, their reply is always same("Sir!! abhi service centre gaya hua hai, abhi time lagega"). Finally, on thursday they promised to return my handset on saturday. But when I called them on saturday, they again replied in the same way("Sir!! abhi service centre se nahi aya.. aapko kal mil jayega"). Again I called them on sunday... But they didnt pick my phone. After that, I called them today and again the reply is same("Sir!! abhi service centre se nahi aya, aapke ghar kal deliver ho jayega").

Moreover, the alternative handset given by them for my use is also faulty. I have lodged several complaints against this thing too. But no action has been taken by them regarding this too.

This company claims to return a handset within 15 days of receiving it. But they have taken a complete month for such a minor problem of mine.

I want the concerned authorities to please take necessary action against this company as they are completely ignoring my case.
