Wrong information at N care

Madam/Sir

I am Prafull Srivastava. Today I visited at N Care (Instanat Solution- Gurgaon) for repairing of N 72 . When mobile has checked (I have Paid Rs 110) C.C.O (girl) told me you will pay Rs1850 for complete repairing fo mobile. when i asked the fault, she told me moble's jack and plate has damaged tahn i left the N care. I visited at local mobile repairer, he told me only IC is damaged and I will take only Rs 150 will repair within 1 hour, I collect the mobile after 2 hour than i visited N Care talk with C.C.O (girl) She told me that talk with Ravi AnandYadev.(C.C.O.) and said all the detail. he said " aap kya chte ho" than I said " mai yaha par aaya tha viswas lekar lekin aap logo ne galat information diya ki mobile ka Jack kharab hai aur plate. near about 10 minuts I talk with C.C.O.. when i saw he is not giving satisfied answer i said where is your head (jay sharma). he told me that he will come after 10 min i said i will wait. after 10 mins girl come told me " kya problem hai.i said i want to with your head. after 10 min Ravi come and said kya problem hai i said ' mai aapke head se bat karana chata hu. he told me he will not come. and you may go.

Madam/ sir told me why should i come at N care if you are not liable for complaints.

i am totaly hopelessfor your nokia care service.

i don't know why Jai sharma did not meet me.

Why should i Pay Rs 110 for mobile checking.

please stop these type of things and con trole your centre manager
