Non receipt of product and non refund of money

This is my 3rd complaint on the consumer forum and

my cae Id is Case Id 42672.

my order number is ORDER NO 158666

I had ordered a pen camera on 28th jan on naaptol and paid through icici online banking . it has been almost a month and there is no news form the company one of the worst ever in customer service . every time io put a compalint on consumer forum i get a pre typed reply " wen are extremely sorry for in convienience caused and we will get back to you immediately " and they have not bothered to refund my amoutn still.

It is disgusting how such fraud companies can go on and gullible people get duped.

Would want some helpo in this regard.
