Dear Sir/Madam
I respectfully submit that I, N.V.R.Kumar, Hr-6-3-352/, Osmana Plaza, Road. No.1, Banjara hills, Nagarjuna Circle, Hyderabad-500034. And I am working as Manager HR in Loft (now store name changed as Centro). When I searching for dual sim mobile phone in internet I was inspired by one website name as NAAPTOL. The website has offered so many items sale through Credit Card payment mode. In this way i too paid Rs.1600/- for Sigmatel Fashion Dual Sim Mobile on 15th December with Order ID # 123296. Surprisingly i have received the cell but it was not what I choosed one. I made a call to the Naaptol customer care dept. according to their guidelines I have sent back the product through Blue Dart Courier and it was received by Mr. Praveen of Naaptol on 28th Dec.2009.
On that day onwards I have made several STD calls regarding my mobile. Still today they are not reacting and not give any positive reply.
It is therefore I request you sir, please file a complaint against www.naaptol.com ph.no.9223516148 under IPC and Cyber Laws and render justice.
I already informed the same to Mumbai Police through email, they have given an complaint ID:19039.
