NAAPTOL
Incomplete product received

I had purchased BlackCherry Mobile from Naaptol. My order number is 326826. I was supposed to receive one free watch along with Mobile. But I received only Mobile.

I registered complain to Naaptol Customer Care 2 days late due to some un-avoidable reason. Now, Customer Care Executive is refusing to deliver the Watch just because of I did not register complain within 24 hrs.

I sent several mails to replyfromnaaptol@naaptol.com. But did not received any response.
