Mobile received without USB cable. Charger not working. wrist watch as per Credit card booking not received. Complaint No. 113416 dated 22/5/10 and again 151176 dated 11/6/10 and talked on 19/6/10 (6 times). Some times calls are kept on music and response is always" The material will be sent in 7-10 days but never received. Why they are managing call centre when they are not resolving the issues. Pl send the items or take back your mobile and refund the money. Just do it. Keeping people waiting may not help u in long run.
