Equesting for refund

Hello,

I have ordered a cell phone from naaptol.com my order number is 805885.And i received the cell phone was not working so i sent it back to naaptol.com and after calling so many times in naaptol.com i finally received the cell phone after a month that in october and that too again the screen of the mobile was damaged. And i requested for refund on the date 1.11.2010 and the this december and i still dont have any response and i have not received any refund till date. And when ever we call naaptol.com for the compailent the just gives us 7 days time and then do not answer our phone later. Or keep it to hold. MRS. ROSHNI AND MR AJAY mostly answers my call in compailent department i think. The phone costed 4000/- RS

I request you to please take some action against this.
