I have ordered spy pen from online store naaptol by dec.2010 by V.P.P., After making payment when I opened the packet I found the product defective & after talking to there executives send it back to there told address, I received the product again by 22 jan but that was V.P.P. (Means I have to pay 1800 rs. Again to take it) I called there executive ms. Jasmeen I got complaint no. 461747 assignment no. Ea573193362 ans assured me solve my problem within 2 working days, but till march 31 I have not received I called there executive mr. Pramod on no.9223516148, I come to know that my complaint is not yet forward to concerning & now it is forwarded, I asked for the written commitment on which he said not possible, still it is 24 may & have not received my product not the market rate of that product dropped to 1300/- I have mailed them several times but I am not getting any response.

Plz help me & suggest the next action I should take for this fake co. & Make aware to people.
