Fake earphones

I ordered beat earphones from naaptol.com.

today on 24th dec i recieved them at 1pm.

but i find them fake.

i called naaptol customer care on 1.05pm.

they said they cant register my complaint.

before ordering the earphones, they ensured that they will take their product back the product and refund my money if i am not satified by there product within 24 hrs.

now they are not responding.

please help me. This is unfair and fraud.
