I have purchased BlackBerry Tour 9630 from naaptol order ID :3597432 and i got faulty handset. so send it back to him by Bluedart courrier id :13473677980. they received it on 20th march . they promise me to refund money within 21 day.

before a week, I come to know that instead of refund, you have send me replacement product through DTDC courier. Shipment ID: V08565554.

when i checked online from DTDC site.it shows that courier is delivered to somewhere in Bikaner. But I am living in Pune. Maharashtra.

I have cleared stated them that i donot want hand set. i want my money back.

Still i am waiting for my money back.
